Description of TIMIFY integration

When a partner enters into an agreement with Mono on enabling the Scheduling+ product powered by a Timify integration, the following features and services are provided: 

Access to Timify dashboard

  • The integration gives access to Timify’s dashboard through the Mono Editor
  • The features of Timify's classic and premium features are present, depending on the plan.
  • When signing up through Mono, the end user as specified in RAI will be added as a resource in Timify’s dashboard.

Subscription comparison

Scheduling+ comes in three different subscription plans:

  • Classic – 3 resources  
  • Premium – 5 resources
  • Premium -10 resources  

Resource refers to the number of 'resources' you want the visitor to be able to book. A resource could for example be a staff member, a room, or a piece of equipment.

Scheduling+ module features 

The Scheduling+ module is a button module where site visitors can book appointments set up in the Timify app.  

  • The module can be added and edited like any other Mono module
  • The module can be edited both via Global and Local design  
  • You can connect the module to the Timify account with an Account ID
  • The following aspects can be edited on the button:
    • Button text content  
    • Button background color on all, normal and hover
    • Button alignment
    • Button text color, font family, font size, letter spacing, paragraph height, font case, and text alignment
    • Icon content
    • Icon color on all, normal and hover, icon size and margins
    • Spacing
    • Timify account ID
    • Animation
    • Custom tracking name

  • Mono Service Desk can help you downgrade your subscription
  • Mono Service Desk can help you re-trigger the verification e-mail when signing up, if needed
