You asked, we answered: FAQs about Mono Quick Creator AI.

This post covers: Frequently asked questions about Mono Quick Creator AI, our tool to build client websites at scale.

This post covers the release of our Mono AI design templates, created for our newest addition to the Mono Website Platform: Quick Creator AI.

Who is Quick Creator AI designed for?

As the latest addition to our white label website platform, Mono Quick Creator AI is designed to help agencies and digital resellers boost sales with personalized sites and faster website production. Our quick website creation tool is designed for a salesperson to easily use for website sales pitches, but it could also be used by the production/fulfilment team for website redesigns or campaign landing pages if desired.

Why use Mono Quick Creator AI for quick website creation?

It’s a mature, highly developed tool.

Mono has been committed to helping partners create websites at scale since 2016 with its award-winning quick website creation tools. The new release with AI functionality stands out by combining quick website creation, quick content creation, and design flexibility in an easy-to-use flow. Thanks to the hard work of our development team, user testing, partner feedback, and iterations, this tool is custom-built for partners who sell, build, and fulfill client websites at scale.

It’s a flexible, AI-enabled website building tool.

There are quick website creation tools, both AI-enabled and not, that do not offer much flexibility. Often, we see a lack of template selection or other customization options in these other website creation tools. Some builders don’t even give you a choice of a template. The website building process may be simpler, but with less control of the design.

Yet with Mono, the power rests with our partners, as they choose the templates to include in their Quick Creator flow. Partners can add AI website templates created by Mono to Quick Creator AI flow as is or choose to modify them – the same with Mono standard templates. Or, if the partners so choose, they can create their own AI design templates.  This flexibility is pretty much unseen in other AI-powered website creation tools.

Mono Quick Creator AI also empowers our partners with the ability to review and preview AI created texts before website creation. Often, other quick website creation flows first allow a user to update website copy after the website has been created. And we see often that it requires a user to scroll through all areas of the site and update them individually.

Mono Quick Creator AI continues our longstanding use of centralized data and design for quick updates. With the AI Content Creator, sales reps can quickly skim and approve headlines, taglines, about information, product/service texts, and faux testimonials in one central location.

It’s a multi-language, AI-enabled site-building tool.

Mono Quick Creator AI can create fully-fledged sites in 32 languages, while the flow itself is available in 13 languages. Interested in exploring new markets? Mono Quick Creator AI can help with that.

What languages does the Quick Creator AI flow support?

What is the process to implement this?

It is the intention that the Quick Creator AI flow itself will be available in the same languages as the Editor interface. This includes:

  • Danish (da)
  •
  • Dutch (nl)

  • English (en)

  • Finnish (fi)

  • French (fr)

  • French-Canadian (fr-ca)

  • German (de)

  • Italian (it)

  • Norwegian (no)

  • Polish (pl)

  • Slovenian (sl)

  • Spanish (es)

  • Swedish (se)

The default language of the Quick Creator AI flow is English. To request another language, Mono Partners can include their preferred language in their support request to set up Quick Creator AI.

How does Mono Quick Creator AI work?

Sales reps are guided through a quick website creation flow, where a few key pieces of information about the prospect are entered, a template is selected, and then with the help of AI and public business information, a customized mock website is created.

While we have designed the Quick Creator AI flow to be intuitive, user-friendly, and straightforward enough in hopes that you do not need step-by-step instruction, you can get an overview of what the flow includes below:

  • Login: Direct access for sales reps to a simplified, centralized website creation flow
  •
  • Google Business Profile search: Quick input for quick website creation
  •
  • Business details: If the user used the Google Business Profile search, information will be auto-filled on the Business Details page and the created site. Information can also be added manually.
  •
  • Template Selection: Choice of AI or standard templates. The choice of template determines the rest of the dynamic website creation flow
  •
  • Business Information: Built-in prompts to guide creation of AI-generated content.
  •
  • AI Content Creator: Centralized review and approval of AI-generated texts. When approved, the tailored site is swiftly created.
  •

Can Quick Creator AI be used for both landing and multi-page sites?

Yes, you just need to add the type(s) of template(s) you wish to use to the Quick Creator AI flow.
Mono has supplied AI landing page templates with this initial release of Quick Creator AI. Our Partners are free to use these landing page templates as a base for a multi-page template, or Mono Partners can transform existing standard multi-page templates into AI templates.

Are the sites created with Mono Quick Creator AI website proposals or finished sites?

Short answer: This depends on how our Partners use Quick Creator AI. Mono Partners can create customized mock websites for a more personalized sales pitch and use this as a concrete example to hear the specific updates, wants and needs the client has for their website. Or Mono Partners can use the tool to simply jumpstart fulfilment of sites and campaign landing pages.

Long answer: When referring to Quick Creator AI, you might read "website mock-up," "mock websites," or "website proposals." This is because when Mono Quick Creator AI was first conceived, it was designed as a sales tool to help our Partners convert more website sales with personalized proposal sites.

Part of this is due to who uses our web building tools. In our case, our partners use Mono Quick Creator AI to provide their potential customers with not just an idea, but an example, of how a new company website for the prospect could look like. While our tool helps partners increase website sales, we know that not every proposal site will turn into a purchased site.

Another reason is that we designed the Quick Creator AI flow and AI website templates to reflect best practices in web design. We want to present our partners as experts to their prospects, with all necessary information included on these proposal sites. And as we see more and more today, testimonials and customer reviews are very important pieces of social proof to include on the websites.

We have released AI templates along with the Quick Creator AI flow that use AI to create faux testimonials as placeholder examples to show SMBs where their own, real customer reviews could go. If these templates are used, the example testimonials need to be updated first before publishing.

In all other respects, however, these sites are complete, high-performing, well-designed sites.

So, Partners can modify the Mono AI website templates, or build their own AI design templates, so complete sites can be created from the get-go. So it is up to our Partners, and how they choose to use the tool, on whether the sites created are mock websites or finished sites from the get-go.

These sites aid in the quick creation of customer sites at scale, as these proposal sites can be used as a great starting point when building out a customer site.
