6 simple steps to create client websites at scale

Although we’ve designed the Quick Creator AI flow to be intuitive and user-friendly, let's take a closer look at the simplified 6 step website creation process: 

01. Log in to experience the next generation of website building at scale
 

What's so special about the login step? Well, this login indicates that while the Quick Creator AI flow is an integrated tool in the Mono platform, it is also its own separate, standalone flow. 

Now, sales teams can effortlessly log in and create websites at scale through a simple, centralized process. This eliminates the need for extensive onboarding in our robust white label website builder and client management tool, RAI, streamlining the site creation experience.

Are you a Mono Partner and need your login credentials? Reach out to your System Admin. If you are a Mono Reseller System Admin, you can centrally manage your team's user and login information for the Mono Platform, including Quick Creator AI, in RAI.

02. Google Business Profile search 
 

Once logged in, enter a few key details about your prospect to speed up site creation. Select the prospect's country, enter the company name, and click Search. After a quick Google Business Profile powered search, select the right business from the results list. 

Note: If your prospect does not have a Google Business Profile, you can skip this step and manually enter information in Business Details.

03. Business Details

If the user used the Google Business Profile search, information will be auto-filled on the Business Details page, and later the created site, saving time and effort. 

Or, if this simple search was skipped, the user can also manually enter all prospect information here.

04. Select a template design
 

Next, you will be prompted to select a template.

With other AI tools, some worry when they hear about AI website creation, as they think AI is taking the creativity away from designers. Our tool was designed to strike the right balance - automate recurring manual processes but still leave the design of the created sites in the hands of our partners.

Our partners add pre-created templates to the Quick Creator AI flow, offering complete flexibility and control over the sites produced through this system.

Users can choose between AI and standard templates, depending on whether they want tailored, AI-generated content for their site. To take advantage of the enhanced personalization features of Mono Quick Creator AI, we recommend using our newly released AI website templates or creating your own AI design template. If you opt for an AI template, the subsequent dynamic flow is customized according to the specific template's built-in AI prompts and tags.

05. Tell us more about the prospect’s business

Here, additional business information is requested, such as the site's language, the industry type, the company mission, and the company logo.

There are also additional fields to fill out, which depend on the type of template—AI or standard—that you selected earlier.

For a standard template, you will be asked to provide both a short and a long description of the company. This is the final step in the flow for standard templates; once these descriptions are added, you can proceed to create your website.

For an AI template, the information required is partially determined by the AI enriching questions enabled or disabled in the template's settings. These questions can be customized to meet the needs of the template or user. For example, additional questions can be enabled to help the AI better understand a business's specific offerings, or questions can be disabled if they are irrelevant to the business or if the user prefers a shorter setup process.

06. Review and approve AI generated content
 

In the AI Content Creator, you can review and approve AI-generated content in one centralized location. The type and amount of content produced depends on the AI tags included in the selected template. The AI template's design may include categories such as Texts, Testimonials, Products, Services, and Gallery.

After reviewing and approving the content, the AI-tagged elements are auto-filled into the template, the site is created, and a preview link is generated for sharing with clients or potential buyers.

In just a few seconds, the Mono Quick Creator AI uses a unique blend of AI and global personalization tags to create a fully developed, tailored website.

From here, you can preview the quickly created website, send a link to your prospect or client, and enhance the site based on any client feedback.
